Hanwha Vision Global Support System Integration Announcement

To enhance the globalization and efficiency of our technical support operations, we have launched a new technical support system effective January 5, 2026.

The WRT-P-3103MW server is a micro form factor, easy-to-deploy recording solution. The server has a 256GB solid-state drive for the Windows 10 operating system to provide fast boot and load times. This micro server offers unrivaled deployment flexibility, allowing for its small chassis to be deployed in any small business environment. An optional VESA mount allows the server to be inconspicuously mounted behind a monitor.
