Summary:
This article provides the instructions for online and offline license activation.
Step By Step Guide:
Online Activation
If the server has internet access:

From the WAVE Client, click the Hamburger icon in the top left corner and select System Administration (you can also press the Ctrl+Alt+A).

Click the Licenses tab.

Enter the License Key then click Activate License.
Offline Activation
If the system does not have internet access:
NOTE: You must obtain an offline activation file for every key purchased.
Send the keys and Hardware ID to Support for offline file creation.

From the WAVE Client, click the Hamburger icon in the top left corner and select System Administration (you can also press the Ctrl+Alt+A).

Click the Licenses tab, then Manual Activation.

Send the Hardware ID and License key(s) to Support requesting offline activation files (no screenshots; send the Hardware ID in text format).

Once you have the offline activation files, click Browse.

Select the offline license file and click Open.
The file will activate the license on the offline server.
