- The image below shows a failure connecting to the NAS.
- Log into the Synology NAS and ensure the folder is in the root drive and empty.
- Ensure SMB v1 is set to the minimum protocol in the NAS Control Panel.
- When you have confirmed it is set to SMB1, select Apply.
