Summary
The cameras dashboard is the first page you see when you sign into OnCloud. It shows cameras and views. A view is a set of up to 12 cameras. This article provides information about using the cameras dashboard.

Using the Cameras Dashboard
To view the Cameras dashboard, log in to Cloud Portal and navigate to OnCloud.
Opening a Camera
You can open a camera to see live and historical video.
To open a camera:
- Click the name of a camera in the list.
- Click the box that says Search All and enter the name of the camera.
This searches the names in the Device column.
- Click the All Locations or All Areas dropdowns to filter by location or area.
If you pick a location, the areas dropdown shows only the areas within that location.
Opening a View
You can use a view to see live and historical video for multiple cameras.
To open a view:
- Click the name of a view under My Views on the left.
- If there are no views listed, click + New View to create one.
