NEW FUNCTIONALITY
- Multi-ORG Support: Customer accounts can now create or be invited to multiple Customer Organizations using the same email address.
- Multi-language Support: Multi-language support is now available, covering English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, and Italian. Users can change and save their preferred language in Account Settings.
- Super Admin Transfer: The ability to transfer the Super Admin role is introduced. A Super Admin can now change the Super Admin role to one of the existing Admins within that organization.
- Partner ORG 'Remove ORG': The 'Remove ORG' function is now available within the Partner ORG's 'Organization settings'.
- License Expiration Email: New license expiration emails are provided:
- 'Weekly License Expiration Digest': Notifies users of licenses set to expire within the next 30 days on a weekly basis.
- 'Your Licenses Expire Tomorrow': Notifies users of licenses set to expire on the following day.
- License Activation Email Update: License order information has been added to the license activation email to allow users to verify the specific order for which the license addition was requested.
- Device Name Sync: When device names for 'HP Bridge > Wave' and its subordinate devices are changed in Wave, these changes are now reflected in Cloud Portal device name. These names cannot be modified within Cloud Portal.
RESOLVED ISSUES
- Fixed an issue that allowed repetitive clicking of the 'Continue' button during license addition, preventing unintended account deactivation.
- Modified the 'Account locked notification' email to be sent only to users authorized to unlock the account, enhancing security and relevancy.
- Enhanced security by changing the message displayed upon login failure attempts.
- Fixed an issue where the icon indicating firmware update availability for cameras under 'HP Bridge > NVR' was not displayed.
- Fixed an issue where new devices added under an already onboarded 'HP Bridge > Wave' could not be onboarded via 'Scan network'.
- Modified the system to allow the input of the hyphen ('-') and numbers in usernames.
- Fixed an issue where the 'Invite partner' function did not support emails containing the hyphen ('-').
- Fixed a synchronization issue where changes to a user's name in Cloud Portal and OnCAFE were not reflected across both apps.

Cloud Portal can onboard WAVE servers and their child devices under DM Bridge. These devices can be claimed and used in DMPro.

You can filter devices by Location.
We've improved visibility and usability by changing the list on the Devices page to a physical tree of devices.
We’ve improved the search function to the Devices page. You can quickly find devices with the Device name and Serial number search options as well as the Model search option.
We’ve improved the filter function to the Devices page. You can quickly find devices with the Status filter option as well as the Connection type and Applications linked filter options.
The list UX of the Onboard devices page has also been improved, and the search and filter functions have been enhanced.
Additionally, the Onboard devices page has separate Claim and Reclaim tabs to make it easier to distinguish between devices being onboarded for the first time and devices being re-attached, and the bulk add scenario has been improved to onboard devices faster.
We’ve improved the UX of the Scan network pop-up for onboarding gateway child devices to improve visibility and usability. In particular, you can add multiple child devices at once in the Scan network pop-up.

The Licenses page provides a dashboard so you can quickly check the status of licenses by status and product.
Added Added by’ and Added date columns to the Licenses page to help you find licenses faster.
We've added a search function to the Licenses page. You can search by License key, Added by, Assigned device, and Location.
We have added a filter function to the Licenses page. You can search by License name, License type, Status, Added date, Activation date, and Expiration date.
We improved the UX of the Licenses page to ensure visibility.

Improved account unlocking scenario
Previously, accounts were locked after 3 incorrect password attempts, but this has now been changed to 5 attempts.
Change the guidance message when an account is locked to guide users through the actions they need to take to unlock their account.
