HealthPro Bridge: What are the system requirements for HealthPro Bridge?

Summary

HealthPro Bridge is an on-premises internet-bridging software application that connects compatible cameras to HealthPro via the internet. It enables device health monitoring and performs firmware updates. This article provides the system requirements for HealthPro Bridge.

NOTE: Starting with version 1.6.0, updates for HealthPro Bridge are on-demand.

Requirements

The recommended specifications for HealthPro Bridge are (up to 200 devices):

• OS - Windows 10 to 11 Pro or higher (incl. Windows Server 2016 to 2025 Standard or higher), Ubuntu Linux 22.04 LTS or higher
  
  
• CPU - i3-10100
  
  
• RAM - 16GB
  
  
• Storage - SSD with at least 1GB of free space
  
  
• Network - Wired network of 100Mbps or faster

NOTE: We strongly recommend installing HealthPro Bridge on a dedicated PC. 
We do not recommend installing HealthPro Bridge on the same machine as WAVE and VMS, 
as this may not ensure the correct operation of HealthPro Bridge.
