Before using SightMind:

Install and configure a compatible camera with the AI-based video analytics. If necessary, install the AI application on the AI camera using the Web UI Open Platform menu.

Step By Step Guide:
Creating the Organization
Your organization is where you and your team will log in to manage everything.
Refer to How do I launch Cloud Portal?
To create your organization:

Log in to Cloud Portal.
- Click Create an Organization now and complete the form.
You will become the Super Admin and receive an email confirmation with your Organization ID and Short name.
- Make a note of your Organization ID and Short name, as you will need these later.
- Create at least one Location.
You will use this to add your camera.

Connecting the Camera
Your camera must send its AI metadata to your organization through the internet.
To connect your camera:
- Confirm your camera is compatible with the CloudConnector app.

- Download the CloudConnector app that matches your P, X, or Q series camera.
- Launch Wisenet Device Manager (or open the camera’s Webviewer).

- Update the camera’s firmware to the latest version.
- Install and configure the CloudConnector app on the camera.

- In Cloud Portal’s Devices tab, onboard your camera.

Configuring the Camera's AI
Your Hanwha Vision AI camera will generate AI statistics, such as occupancy, people counting, and queue lengths, which will be sent to SightMind for display on your dashboard.
To configure AI on your camera:
- Confirm that your camera model can generate the statistics you need.

- On the camera’s Wise AI Statistics page, configure the rule you need.
- Click the Question Mark icon for more information.
- Ensure the statistics are updating in the WebViewer as events occur.
Claiming the Camera
At this point your camera is only in Cloud Portal. The next step is to claim it in SightMind and license it.
To claim the camera in SightMind:
- Switch to SightMind.
- Click Settings and claim the camera into SightMind.

- Click Attach License to SightMind-enable your camera.

- Add more spare licenses, if needed.

Setting up the Dashboard
Once the AI statistics start flowing into SightMind, you can visualize the data in a dashboard widget.
To set up a dashboard:
