WAVE: How to restart services on the NVIDIA Jetson

Issue Summary

The WAVE Server is inaccessible despite verifying the IP and Port configuration, indicating that the WAVE Server may not be running.

Resolution

To restart services on the NVIDIA Jetson:

Open the camera Cockpit web interface and log in at http://cameraip:9090
Click Services, then enter hanwha-mediaserver in the search box and click the service.
To start the service, turn the Hanwha Media Server toggle to ON.

Now you can access the WAVE Media Server from your WAVE Client.
