This article outlines the potential risks associated with upgrading the NVMe storage drive on a 4CH AI Multi-sensor with WAVE VMS system. Upgrading the drive will void the product warranty and may cause operational issues.
Resolution:
We do NOT recommend upgrading the NVMe storage drives on the PNM-C32084QRZ as doing so will void your warranty. Changing the hardware configuration can negatively affect heat and power performance, leading to potential thermal issues. It may also impact the stability and longevity of the system OS running on the NVIDIA Jetson onboard the camera. For these reasons, we strongly advise against upgrading the storage drive.
