Step By Step Guide:
To change the role of a user in DMPro:
- In Cloud Portal, navigate to DMPro.
- In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.

In the Settings menu, navigate to Users.

In the Users interface, click the DMPro role drop-down arrow and select the role of Manager or Engineer.
Manager - Can assign a task that should be resolved to an engineer
Engineer - Can accept and resolve a task assigned to them
