This article provides instructions for removing a user from DMPro.
NOTE: This process removes the user from DMPro only. They are still active in Cloud Portal.
Step By Step Guide
To remove a user from DMPro:
- In Cloud Portal, navigate to DMPro.
- In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings () icon.

In the Settings menu, navigate to Users.

Remove the user in one of two ways: select a checkbox OR select a user name.
Select the checkbox
a. Check the box next to the user name you want to remove.
The Remove button will be activated.
b. Click Remove.
The Remove confirmation pop-up appears.
c. Click Remove again.
Select a user name
a. Click a user name to remove from the list.
