Summary
HealthPro can monitor and manage Hanwha Vision, 3rd party cameras (AXIS, i-PRO, ONVIF), WAVE servers, Hanwha NVRs, and the HealthPro Bridge server itself.
Applying a HealthPro license to a camera expands the capabilities beyond basic monitoring. This article explains what can be monitored and managed with HealthPro.
NOTE: This article refers to some features only available with HealthPro and HealthPro
Bridge v1.9 and above. These include NVR support, PoE power cycling, remote device
configuration, and notifications.
Device Compatibility
- Direct-to-Cloud cameras: All models supported by Cloud Portal (Wisenet 5 or later).
- HealthPro Bridge (Direct-to-Bridge) cameras: Wisenet 5 or later and SUNAPI v2.6.0 or later, AXIS VAPIX v1.0 or later and i-PRO CGI v1.14 (compatibility testing for individual products is required), ONVIF Profile S. Their firmware can also be updated by HealthPro except ONVIF cameras. (ONVIF protocols do not support firmware updates.)
- WAVE servers: v5.0 or later, using HealthPro Bridge.
- HealthPro Bridge servers: v1.6.0 or later. The software can also be updated by HealthPro.
- Hanwha Vision XRN/QRN/PRN/ARN-series NVR cameras and the NVR storage, using HealthPro Bridge.
- WAVE Sync-connected servers, storage, and cameras (very small systems only). These cameras cannot receive firmware updates.
- Allied Telesis managed PoE switches for camera PoE power cycling, using HealthPro Bridge.
HealthPro Features
HealthPro provides basic system status information without licensing. However, a HealthPro license unlocks advanced features such as detailed device and life cycle information, firmware updates, rebooting and PoE power cycling.
The following table compares the features available for unlicensed and licensed HealthPro devices.
Currently, the third-party camera supported by HealthPro is AXIS, i-PRO, and ONVIF.

Unlicensed and Licensed Versions
Features available in both versions:

Organization Dashboard - Provides centralized management of locations, storage, servers, cameras, software (updates), life cylce and licenses. On the Dashboard, you can:
- See basic health information including the online status of all devices (ex: Cameras, WAVE Sync Storage, and Servers) in the Organization.
- Check the current software version running on all your devices (ex: HealthPro Bridge, Direct-to-Cloud, and WAVE Sync).
- Monitor the number of HealthPro licenses that are available, active, expiring soon, or expired.

Location-level Dashboard - Displays location-level server, storage, camera, software (updates), license, and life cycle information.

Map - Displays the number of devices with different statuses across all your locations in Google Maps.

WAVE Sync Integration - Allows integration of your WAVE system through a WAVE Sync account. Limitations include:
- Only one WAVE Sync account per organization.
- Three or less WAVE systems (also known as hives) with no more than 10 WAVE servers per system.

Audit Logs - Provides a searchable log of users and devices.
- Automated reporting - Automatically emails users with device and policy management status and log statistics at set intervals.
Licensed Version ONLY
Features that are exclusive to HealthPro licensed users:

Update Dashboard - Enables device software updates (limited to HealthPro Bridge sub-cameras).
NOTE: HealthPro cannot update cameras via WAVE Sync. Use OnCloud to update
Direct-to-Cloud cameras. - Camera reboot & PoE port power cycling - Enables soft reboots for Hanwha Vision and 3rd party cameras via HealthPro Bridge and D2C cameras. Cameras can also be PoE power cycled if they are attached to managed Allied Telesis switch.

Camera remote configuration (GUI & CGI)
Quick mode: HealthPro offers a single-click GUI interface to remotely enable, disable, or reconfigure specific camera settings, including WiseStream AI, WiseStream, full window motion detection, full window object detection, Bestshot, execute an autofocus, and changing the device’s password, date and time settings. This mode also supports AXIS cameras.
Advanced mode: HealthPro offers a powerful interface to send SUNAPI CGI commands via the public Internet, to multiple HealthPro Bridge and D2C cameras. For the full list of commands in the SUNAPI documentation, please contact your sales representative.
- Cameras Dashboard - Provides detailed health status reports for devices.

Monitoring WAVE Systems
HealthPro is commonly used to monitor and manage existing WAVE systems. To do this, a HealthPro Bridge is installed on-premises on a separate PC on the network, where it connects HealthPro to the WAVE server and its cameras.
Some of these cameras are directly compatible with HealthPro Bridge. By being Direct-to-Bridge, they benefit from firmware updates and other licensable features.
Incompatible cameras are still indirectly monitored at a more basic level via the WAVE system and do not require a license.
NOTE: When using HealthPro Bridge to monitor or manage devices, it must be
installed locally on-premises and have network access.
