Summary
HealthPro can monitor Hanwha Vision and AXIS cameras, WAVE servers, and the HealthPro Bridge server itself.
Monitorable Devices
- Direct-to-Cloud cameras: All models supported by Cloud Portal (Wisenet 5 or later). These can also receive firmware updates.
- HealthPro Bridge (Direct-to-Bridge) cameras: Wisenet 5 or later and SUNAPI v2.6.0 or later, AXIS VAPIX v1.0 or later (compatibility testing for individual products is required). Their firmware can also be updated by HealthPro.
- WAVE servers: v5.0 or later, using HealthPro Bridge.
- HealthPro Bridge servers: v1.6.0 or later. The software can also be updated by HealthPro.
NOTE: Versions older than v1.6.0 have some limited features.
- WAVE Sync-connected servers, storage, and cameras (very small systems only). These cameras cannot receive firmware updates.
Monitoring WAVE Systems
A common scenario is using HealthPro to monitor and manage existing WAVE systems. To do this, a HealthPro Bridge is installed on-premises on each Windows WAVE server, where it connects HealthPro to the WAVE server and its cameras. Some of these cameras are directly compatible with HealthPro Bridge and by being Direct-to-Bridge they also benefit from firmware updates and other licensable features. Those that are incompatible are still indirectly monitored at a more basic level via the WAVE system.
NOTE: When using HealthPro Bridge to monitor or manage devices, it must be
installed locally on-premises and have network access.
