Issue Summary
Upgrading past CloudConnector v1.5.3 may fail on some devices. This is caused by a storage space issue during installation.
NOTE: This does not happen on all devices.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, use CloudConnector v1.5.7 as an intermediate step during upgrade:
- Download CloudConnector v1.5.7 from Hanwha Vision.
- Manually install CloudConnector v1.5.7 using either the camera's web viewer or Wisenet Device Manager.
- Once installed, update to the latest version.
NOTE: You can enable the camera’s auto self-update feature
through Cloud Portal or OnCloud, under Devices > Device
Management.
