This article describes the process to connect a TID-600R intercom to the RingCentral PBX. RingCentral PBX makes it possible to connect all your business communications through one versatile platform that can be accessed anywhere through desktops, laptops, smartphones, and other IoT devices.
Connecting to RingCentral PBX
The following sections describe each step to connect TID-600R to RingCentral.
Obtaining SIP Provisioning Settings
To connect the TID-600R to RingCentral, you must get the SIP provisioning settings. To obtain the SIP provisioning settings, follow the instructions listed in the article: Getting the SIP settings for manual provisioning. Follow the steps to obtain the settings to register the TID-600R. Once you obtain the SIP:
- Confirm the information is correct, and click OK.
The Setup & Provisioning screen appears.
- Select No, then confirm that all information is correct.
- Click Done.
Configuring TID-600R to RingCentral Settings
To configure the TID-600R:
- Log in to Wisenet with username and password.
- Select Recipient.
The recipient list appears with the SIP address.
- Confirm that the appropriate Group checkboxes are selected.
- Click Apply.
- Select Account.
The Account screen appears.
- Select the Use checkbox by the SIP address.
- Click Apply.
TROUBLESHOOTING: If the Status appears in red, and is listed as Unavailable, the latest
firmware has NOT been installed.
The Add Account screen appears. The SIP Proxy appears when the firmware is installed.
