Issue Summary
Sometimes, HealthPro Bridge is incompletely installed on a specific Windows PC, and HealthPro CloudConnector is in the running state, but HealthPro Bridge Server and HealthPro Bridge Scheduler are displayed as not installed in the HealthPro Bridge Tray. This article describes the manual action steps users to remedy this situation.
Resolution
The HealthPro Bridge server runs based on node.exe, and uses a library called node-windows to manage it as a Windows service. When registering index.js as a service with node-windows, it first builds the service's exe in the daemon directory, and then registers the service's exe as a Windows service (some PCs do not perform the second step).
To fix the installation:
- Launch a Command Prompt by pressing the Windows key and typing cmd.
- Move to the server daemon folder:
cd C:\Program Files\Hanwha\DMBridge\dist\DmBridgeServer\daemon

Register the DM Bridge Server:
sc.exe create "dmbridgeserver.exe" binPath= "C:\Program Files\Hanwha\DM Bridge\dist\DmBridgeServer\daemon\dmbridgeserver.exe" displayname= "DM Bridge Server" start= auto

Move to the scheduler daemon folder:
