This article lists the system requirements and known issues for OnCloud.

Apple Safari: Playback pauses when switching to another tab. Upon returning to the tab, the camera streams restarts.
Google Chrome: No known limitations
Microsoft Edge: No known limitations
Mozilla Firefox: Not supported

iOS: Playback of H.265 live video from P-series AI cameras is not supported at this time.

NOTE: Configure the P-series AI camera to record H.264 if iOS support is required.

Android: No known limitations.

H.256: Playback of H.265 video requires an HEVC hardware decoder. Configure cameras to record H.264 if hardware decoders are unavailable on client systems.
