Summary
In Cloud Portal, there are three kinds of subscription licenses: OnCloud, HealthPro, and SightMind. This article explains the different license statuses for these applications.
License Status
In the Licenses section of Cloud Portal, you can view the total number of licenses as well as a breakdown by application. Subscription licenses are typically valid for 1, 3, or 5 years. Once you attach a license to a device it activates and the countdown begins. Detaching a license temporarily does not pause the countdown.
The following are the possible license statuses:

Available - The number of licenses available to be attached to devices. Available licenses are new, and have never been attached to a device. A license can remain in this state indefinitely.

Active - The number of currently valid licenses that have been attached and whose countdown has started. These licenses may or may not be currently attached to devices. If detached, the license remains in the Active status because the countdown is still active.

Expiring soon - The number of active licenses that will expire within 30 days.
- Expired - The number of licenses that have expired. These licenses are not reusable but their counts are presented for record keeping.
