Issue Summary
When trying to access HealthPro, you might encounter the Forbidden message. This issue occurs because, for security reasons, each person must be explicitly granted access to HealthPro. This article provides instructions for resolving the issue.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, contact your organization’s Super Admin (or someone with Manager access to HealthPro) and request to be added as a HealthPro user.
To identify your system administrator, log in to Cloud Portal and click Users.
The Super Admin or Manager will:
- Log in and navigate to HealthPro.
- Go to Settings > Users and claim you as a HealthPro user.
- Specify your role as a Manager or an Engineer.
Once these changes are done, refresh your browser. You will now have access to HealthPro.
