Summary
This article provides instructions on how to install HealthPro Bridge into WRN-8XX and 16XX Linux for use in Cloud Portal.
IMPORTANT: This version is a beta. It does not support
HealthPro Bridge software updates.

Installing HealthPro Bridge
Web Client
To install HealthPro Bridge:
- Reboot the WRN recorder.
- Install HP Bridge on WRN-8XX (or 16XX ) series by opening a WRN terminal window and enter sudo dpkg -i /home/wave/Desktop/HealthPro_Bridge_linux-deb-x64_1.5.88_PROD_20250421.deb
- Open the WRN’s web browser to launch HealthPro Bridge (https://127.0.0.1:3002).
- Click Advanced and Proceed if prompted.
- Create the HealthPro Bridge server by providing a new name and a new password for the admin user.
- Log in using admin and the new password.
- Log in to Hanwha Vision Cloud, navigate to Cloud Portal and copy the Org ID and Name.
- In the HealthPro Bridge app, enter your Org ID / Org Name and click Connect.
- In Cloud Portal, click Devices, add the new HealthPro Bridge.
- In the HealthPro Bridge app, select Manual > WAVE.
- Specify the WRN IP address and provide the WRN password.
- Click Scan > Add to Portal.
- In Cloud Portal > Devices, select the HealthPro Bridge and click Scan Network to onboard the WAVE.
IMPORTANT: Only add the WRN; do not add its cameras.
Command Prompt
NOTE: This applies to WRN-810 and WRN-1610 models because they run WAVE v4.
WAVE v5 and higher does not require these steps.
- Open the WRN command prompt.
- Enter the command (all lower case): hpbridge update -wrn
- Enter the HealthPro Bridge password.
It will report the total number of cameras under the WRN, as well as the number of cameras that are, and are not registered to it.
- Enter the camera credentials.
The cameras are automatically registered and the outcome is reported.
Cloud Portal Web
- In Cloud Portal > Devices, expand your HealthPro Bridge row to expose the new WAVE recorder.
- Click Scan network to scan the WAVE to show all the cameras below it.
- Apply licenses as necessary.
