This article provides instructions for creating and using the Analytics feature in SightMind to analyze data based on object types, AI rules, and locations.
Creating Analytics
To create analytics in SightMind:
- Log in to SightMind.
- Click the Analytics icon.
A blank page appears, allowing you to start analyzing data.
- Select a time period.
-
Under Object type, click the icon for either people, cart, or vehicle.
- Under Location, select the locations, cameras, and AI rules to analyze.
Only cameras and locations that support the selected object type will appear.
- Click OK > Search.
A chart for each type of AI rule appears for your selected locations.
NOTE: You may have to scroll down to see them all.
The charts based on AI rule types provide various combinations of data. For example, when utilizing people count data, they display cumulative people count by time line, busiest location, cumulative people count by category (by hour, by day of the week), and data table. Additionally, by highlighting key insights, they offer users meaningful operational intelligence.
When multiple locations are selected in the Analytics filter and a search is performed, data can be compared between locations. When a single location is selected, data can be compared between AI rules within that location. Even when multiple locations are selected, choosing a specific location from the location list in the upper left corner allows for comparison between AI rules.
- Click the Ordering button.
- Drag and drop each row to rearrange them as needed.
- Select either Total or By Interval from the Total drop-down menu.
- Select the time interval (Hour, Day, or Week) from the Hour drop-down menu.
- Name your report and click Save.
Your report now appears in the drop-down list of analytics.
- To rename or remove analytics, click the ellipsis.
