Issue Summary
When a camera is registered to multiple WAVE servers, the WAVE server generates the same device (camera) ID for the shared camera on each server. When two WAVE servers are registered to the portal through HealthPro Bridge, this results in a duplicate device ID. HealthPro Bridge then assigns the parent device (WAVE server) based on the most recent registration, causing the channel list of the camera on the server that was registered first to disappear.
Resolution
When registering a WAVE server through HealthPro Bridge, be sure to remove the duplicated sub-camera before proceeding.
