This article explains how to collect and upload WAVE Mobile debug logs directly through the app using WAVE Sync.
Collecting Debug Logs using the App
To collect debug logs using the app:

Launch the WAVE Mobile app.

Go to the Main Menu and long-press the build number for 10 seconds.

Tap Change Log, then select DEBUG1 or DEBUG2 (as instructed by Technical Support).

Set the log collection interval and tap Upload logs.
The system copies the log ID to your clipboard. -
Share the log ID with Technical Support.
The log will be automatically be sent to the cloud.
