Issue Summary
A single camera that has been registered to two WAVE recorders will experience issues when being onboarded to Cloud Portal via the two recorders. The second onboarding will displace the first, causing the first instance to be lost.
This article describes how to resolve shared WAVE devices.
Resolution
When registering a WAVE server through HealthPro Bridge, remove the duplicated sub-camera before proceeding.
The reason is when registering a device, the WAVE server generates a device (camera) ID according to WAVE rules.
When one camera is registered to two WAVE servers, the WAVE server device (camera) ID of this camera will have the same conflicting value.
When registering two WAVE servers to the portal through HealthPro Bridge, the WAVE device (camera) ID is duplicated, and HealthPro Bridge designates the parent device (WAVE server) of the camera as the WAVE server that was registered most recently, and the channel list of the device (camera) that was registered first disappears.
