Summary
When setting up WAVE, often users want to add two user names to the account, which triggers a warning message. This must be disabled to employ two users to the account. This article explains to users how to disable the email server warning in WAVE.
Disabling the Warning
To disable the warning:
- While logged into the client, click the menu icon in the top left hand corner of the application.
- Click Local Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Select Notifications.
- Uncheck the Show all notifications checkbox to uncheck individual notifications you wish to not see.
- Scroll down the list of notifications and locate the System Notifications options.
- The top entry is Email address is not set; uncheck that to remove the Email address is not set for 2 users notification.
- Uncheck Email server is not set.
- Click Apply > OK.
