Issue Summary
The HealthPro Bridge S/W remote update does not work in HealthPro when the DigiCert Trusted Root G4 certificate is not present on the PC or is not installed properly.
Resolution
Generally, the OS automatically communicates with the certification authority server in the background to receive certificate information. If the PC is in a closed network environment where external communication is blocked or the automatic update setting is disabled, you can install it manually.
To install the remote manually:
- Download DigiCert Trusted Root G4 from the link below.
https://cacerts.digicert.com/DigiCertTrustedRootG4.crt
- Select Start > Run > certmgr.msc with administrator rights.
- Select Trusted Root Certification Authorities > Certificates folder.
- Right-click All Tasks, then select Import to import the certificate downloaded.
- Confirm that the installed certificate is the correct certificate.
