Issue Summary
Sometimes when a call request is made from the intercom to a Grandstream phone, video does not show. An error appears: Video Invite Failed. You can hear audio but do not see video when using the phone.
Resolution
For the video call with MicroSIP, VoIP profile need to be created in the intercom setting. To add a VoIP profile:
- Log in to your SIP phone.
- Select Basic > Video Profile.
- Click Add.
- Enter a name for the profile.
- Select the checkbox beside VoIP profile.
- At Audio In, select the checkbox beside Enable.
- Select 640 x 480 from the Profile properties drop-down menu.
- Click Apply.
