SightMind: How do I create report using analytics result?

Summary

SightMind enables seamlessly importing analytics results into the Report module. This feature streamlines the workflow from data analysis to documentation. Users can convert analytics insights into professional reports with PDF export, sharing capabilities, and email distribution options.

Creating a Report

To create a report with data from widgets or analytics in the form of charts (up to maximum of 10):

1. Log in to SightMind.
   
   
2. Select Reports > Edit. 
   
   
   
   
3. Click the plus icon to add analytics.
   
   
4. Select New analytics or Import analytics.

- New analytics adds new analysis results.
- Import analytics imports previously generated results from the Analytics menu to report.

New Analytics

1. For New analytics, select the data chart to add by object type.
   
   
   
2. Select Period, Location, and Options. 
   
   
3. Click Preview.
   
   
4. Add multiple related charts by selecting one data set.
   
   
5. To add only certain types of charts, enable/disable the charts you want in Display options.
   
   
   
6. Click OK.

Import Analytics

1. For Import analytics, select from a list of previously created analytics.
   
   
   
   
2. Select Period and Options.
   
   
3. Click Preview > OK.
   
   
   

   NOTE: Import analytics fetches the saved Period and Locations. You can only change 
   Period, not Location.

4. Click Apply.
