Summary
HealthPro can use HealthPro Bridge to monitor the status of Hanwha Vision NVR cameras, as well as the NVR itself. However, the HealthPro Bridge cannot run on the NVR itself, and must be running on a compatible Windows or Linux PC/server on-prem.
Basic camera health monitoring is reported via the NVR, but for premium services such as firmware updates, warranty information, and device rebooting, HealthPro Bridge must have direct access to the camera network or your NVR must support the bypass command.
