Summary
HealthPro can use HealthPro Bridge to Power over Ethernet (PoE) power cycle a licensed camera connected to an Allied Telesis managed network switch. This hard reboot complements the soft reboot feature, which requires the camera to be responsive.
The HealthPro Bridge cannot run on the network switch itself and must be running on a compatible Windows or Linux PC/server on-premises, with direct access to the camera network.
This is not a network management tool. It does not provide any other capabilities other than PoE cycling a licensed camera. To connect the PoE switch to the HealthPro Bridge, set up the SNMP v2c protocol on the PoE switch and share this information.
The feature only supports HealthPro-licensed cameras, which includes Hanwha Vision and AXIS.
