Issue Summary
The application installed from the arm64.dmg package fails to launch when accessed from the Applications folder in Finder. This issue appears on a MacBook with any M-series chip.
Resolution
To resolve the issue:

Right-click the client application in Finder and select Get Info from the drop-down menu.

Check the box next to Open using Rosetta.

Follow the system prompt to install Rosetta, if not already installed.

Re-launch the application.
It should now launch successfully.
