Issue Summary
The vehicle counting function of AIB-800 does not work on weekends. A malfunction is suspected since all the counts during weekends and nights indicated ‘0’ with 24/7 AIB Vehicle Counting set.
This is caused by the field of view being blocked by on-site staff during off-duty hours at the customer site.
Resolution
The function may not work in scenes other than the set screen. If there is a change in the installation conditions, recheck the settings.
