Issue Summary
When connecting a WAVE server to HealthPro via HealthPro Bridge, cameras may appear offline regardless of their actual camera status.
Resolution
This issue occurs when your WAVE channel license expires. Therefore, connect directly to the WAVE server to check your WAVE license status.
NOTE: WAVE is the VMS responsible for the cameras, including
their names. When a name changes, HealthPro Bridge immediately
detects it. Through this live HealthPro Bridge–WAVE integration,
HealthPro Bridge pulls in status information. The bridge
communicates directly with the camera only for functions not
supported by WAVE, such as firmware upgrades.
