XRN Dome Camera is Emitting White Noise

Issue Summary

The XRN dome camera’s audio feed plays white noise.

Resolution

To correct this issue:

1. Power down the camera.
   
   
2. Remove the dome cover.
   
   
3. Locate the microphone in the base (not in the cover).
   
   
4. Connect the microphone into the microphone connection port.
   
   
5. Reattach the come cover.
   
   
6. Power the camera back on. Once the microphone is connected, the white noise should stop and normal audio restored.
