Issue Summary
Customers with Fisheye view cameras are unable to see Fisheye dewarping option when viewing cameras in Wisenet Viewer.
To rectify this issue, the fisheye de-warping option must be enabled in the channel settings of the device. Dewarp options are available in Channel view after setting is enabled.
This article describes how to enable the fisheye de-warping setting so that the camera de-warping options are available.
Resolution
To enable the setting in Wisenet Viewer:
- Select the Settings (
) button in the Shortcut menu.
- When the Setup window displays, select Device > Device list.
- Left-click the Channel item of the resource tree.
- Select the desired channel.
- Check the settings information when the device information displays.
- Select whether to correct fisheye warping in videos.
NOTE: This capability is only available with cameras that support fisheye view.
- Select the mounting mode from Ceiling/Wall/Ground.
- Select the Fisheye camera model.
De-warp options are available in the Channel view after the setting is enabled.
