Summary
This article provides instructions for granting camera access to partner technicians.
Granting Camera Access to Technicians
To grant access to STEP partner technicians:
- Log in to Cloud Portal.
- Navigate to OnCloud.
- Click the Building icon at the top right to start your dashboard.
NOTE: If you do not see this icon, you do not have permission to view the dashboard. - In the STEP Partner section, click Manage Video Viewing Access.
The Manage Camera View Access dialog box appears.
- Select a technician, and then click Next.

In the Select Location(s) section, click the drop-down menu to search for locations or view the list, and select the locations to grant access.
- In the Select Time section, assign a predefined camera access time to the technician, or set a custom time.
- Click Save to complete granting the access, or click Back to return to Step 1.
Change or Revoke Access
To change or revoke camera access for a technician:
- Follow steps 1-4 in Granting Camera Access to Technicians.
- Select the technician to extend or revoke access, and click Next.

Select the locations for which you want to change or revoke access.

To change the amount of time the technician has access, decrease or increase the period in the Custom time selector, and click Save.
- To revoke access to all cameras, click Revoke Access to All Locations.
