Issue Summary
Even after logging in as a HealthPro user, and successfully adding a HealthPro Bridge, cameras, or other devices to Cloud Portal, you may not be able to claim (add) them into HealthPro. This occurs because your HealthPro role is an Engineer, so you will not see the + Claim button on the Settings > Devices page. Only Managers are able to claim devices.
Resolution
To update your role:
- Click your account profile page to confirm that your HealthPro role is Engineer.
- Request a HealthPro Manager to log in to HealthPro, navigate to Users, and use the drop-down menu to change your HealthPro role from Engineer to Manager.
- Log out and log back in for the role change to become effective.
