Issue Summary
When performing a scan for a specific IP band after selecting a device type (protocol) in HealthPro Bridge manual scan mode, a device of a different type can be included in the scanned IP band. In this case, the device is incorrectly recognized as the selected device type. This article describes how to correct this error.
Resolution
To correct this error:
- In a web browser, enter the IP address of the machine running HealthPro Bridge, using port 3002.
Example: https://192.168.254.78:3002
- In Scan type, select the device type from the drop-down menu.

In Credentials, enter your ID and password, then click Scan.

If needed, rescan for a specific IP band.
NOTE: If the credentials are entered incorrectly, HealthPro Bridge cannot log in to the device, making it hard to determine the exact device type. - Double-check the port and HTTP/HTTPS information.
