Issue Summary
Sometimes, customers are having issues connecting to WAVE Sync, especially the web browser. This article describes a troubleshooting step to resolve this issue.
Resolution
To connect to WAVE Sync:
- Log in to WAVE.
- Add https://vmsproxy.com to the HTTP header: Origin box.
- Access advanced mediaserver settings from the server's web browser:
https://localhost:7001/#/settings/advanced
