Creating an Event Rule Notification

To create an Event Rule notification:

1. Log in to Avigilon.
   
   
2. In the navigation bar on the left, right-click the server.
   
   
3. Click the Setup tab, then click the Rules tile.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Add.
   
   
   
   
5. Scroll down the displayed list and check the box next to ONVIF event started, then click Next.
   
   
   
   
6. Click any camera.
   
   
7. Select the Any of the following cameras radio button, then check the box next to the specific camera(s) to be alerted on.
   
   
   
   
8. Click OK. 
   
   
9. Based on the alarm, check the box next to the action(s) to take. You can customize responses by clicking additional links.
   
   
   
   
10. Click Next. 
    
    
11. If appropriate, check the box next to either Digital input is active or Digital input is not active.
    
    
    
    
12. Click Next.
    
    
13. Enter a Rule Name and click Finish.
