This article provides instructions for creating an Event Rule notification.
Creating an Event Rule Notification
To create an Event Rule notification:
- Log in to Avigilon.
- In the navigation bar on the left, right-click the server.
- Click the Setup tab, then click the Rules tile.
- Click Add.
- Scroll down the displayed list and check the box next to ONVIF event started, then click Next.
- Click any camera.
- Select the Any of the following cameras radio button, then check the box next to the specific camera(s) to be alerted on.
- Click OK.
- Based on the alarm, check the box next to the action(s) to take. You can customize responses by clicking additional links.
- Click Next.
- If appropriate, check the box next to either Digital input is active or Digital input is not active.
- Click Next.
- Enter a Rule Name and click Finish.
