Troubleshooting Tips
- If you are not getting any LPR events, ensure your camera is connected and can receive both video and camera-based events such as motion or line crossing events.
- If you are in a network with firewall and router, your ports could be blocked. Run network diagnostics to confirm the IP address and ports defined are not blocked.
- If LPR events do not appear in the ACC search, open the Road AI web interface in a browser. On the events page, make sure the plates are being read and able to populate in the camera.
