Summary
This article provides instructions on how to set the date and time for devices connected to HealthPro. This feature is only supported by Hanwha devices.
Setting the Date and Time
To set the date and time for devices connected to HealthPro:
- Log in to Cloud Portal and click HealthPro.
- Select Settings > Remote config > HANWHA > Date and Time.
- Select the target device to change.

Select the time zone to change.
NOTE: Due to data integrity issues, we recommend keeping
the current device settings and not changing the time zone
set on the target device.NOTE: If the time zone for the city you want to select is
not listed, select a neighboring city with the same UTC offset.
If the city you selected does not exist on the camera,
the command will fail.
The UTC offset of some cities may differ slightly from
the offset used by the target device. For example, Caracas
has an offset of -04:00, but the target device's database
uses -04:30, so the resulting offset is inevitably set to
-04:30. -
Set the date and time to apply to your device.
NOTE: You can enter an NTP server address for automatic
synchronization. If you want to delete an NTP address that
is already entered into the device, simply activate the input
field and leave it blank. - Click Apply.
