Issue Summary
If a user removes a sub-camera from the WAVE or NVR, it will not be deleted from the HealthPro Bridge database if it has been added to the Cloud Portal. Instead, the connection status of that camera will be set to Offline.
If the same camera is added again by the user under the WAVE/NVR, it is automatically set to Online and authenticated, so there is no need to reclaim it on the Cloud Portal.
Resolution
If the WAVE/NVR camera is not re-added and users want to remove it from HealthPro Bridge/Cloud Portal:
- Log in to Cloud Portal.
- Select the Edit tab.
- Remove the camera. The camera is deleted from the HealthPro Bridge.
