Cloud Portal: How to Manage Your Organizations via the My Organizations page

Summary

This article explains how to view the list of organizations to which you are affiliated and how to manage key details via the My Organizations page.

List Management Features

• Sorting: The organization list is sorted alphabetically by ORG Name in ascending order by default.
  
  
• Scrolling: Vertical scrolling is enabled at the table level if the number of affiliated organizations exceeds the screen display area.
  
  

  Item	Description	Functionality
  ORG Name	The full name of the organization.	Clicking the name switches your Working ORG to the selected organization.
  ORG ID / Shortname	The unique identifier for the organization.	Click the copy icon to copy the ID/Shortname to your clipboard. A Copied tooltip appears upon completion.
  Address	The full address of the organization (Address Line 1, City, State, Country, Zipcode).
  Cloud Portal Role	Your specific role within that organization (e.g., Super Admin, Admin, User).

Accessing the My Organizations Page

To access the My Organizations page: 

1. Log in to Cloud Portal.
   
   
2. Open the Organization pop-up in the top-right corner of the screen.
   
   
3. Click My organizations.
