Summary
This article explains the procedure and logic for removing a user from an organization in the Multi-ORG environment, noting that account deletion only occurs under specific circumstances.
Removing a User
To remove a user:
- Log in to Cloud Portal.
- Confirm that the correct organization is set as the Working ORG.
- Select Users.
- Click on the user's area to remove to open the Edit user pop-up.
- Click Remove user.
User Removal Logic Based on Multi-ORG Affiliation
The consequence of removing a user depends entirely on whether the user is affiliated with other organizations in the Hanwha Vision Cloud ecosystem.
-
Account Belongs to Other ORGs: The removal function only removes the user's role and affiliation from the current Working ORG. The user's Cloud Vision Account remains active and accessible via their other affiliated organizations.
- Account Belongs to Only Current ORG: The removal function permanently deletes the user's account from the Hanwha Vision Cloud system. This process occurs only when the account has no other organization affiliations.

users and roles?
