Cloud Portal: How to Switch Your Working Organization

Summary

This article explains how to change your current Working ORG using the Organization Pop-up and describes the system behavior during the organization switch.

• The Organization Pop-up is accessible from the top-right corner of the header in all apps.

  

• The Working ORG is the specific organization context the user is interacting with currently.
  
  

Change Your Working ORG

To change your working ORG:

1. Click the Organization icon.
    

2. Locate the Changing working ORG section at the bottom of the pop-up.
   
   
    

    NOTE: This section is not displayed if you only belong to 
   one organization.

   
   Search and Filter: If the list contains 11 or more organizations, a search function is available to filter the list in real-time by ORG Name.
   
    

3. Click the name of the organization in which to switch.
    
4. Confirm that the ORG has been successfully switched through a toast message.
   
   

Working ORG Persistence and Tab Isolation

• Latest ORG: The system stores your Latest ORG (the organization you last actively worked in) by account. This is the default ORG you connect to upon login.
   
• Browser Tab Isolation: If you change the Working ORG in one browser tab, other browser tabs with active Cloud Portal or app sessions will maintain their existing Working ORG. This is designed to allow users to work on multiple organizations simultaneously.
