This article focuses on the usability of the organization switching feature for Partner accounts and the restrictions related to invitations to Customer ORGs.
Partner accounts can use Multi-ORG functionality by switching to the Customer Organizations they manage via the Working ORG Pop-up.

Key Functionality: An account affiliated with a Partner Organization can view a list of accessible Customer Organizations in the Working ORG Pop-up and switch their Working ORG to any of them.
- Partner Affiliation Restriction: However, a Partner account cannot be affiliated with multiple Partner Organizations using the same email address.
ORG Switching UX and Details for Partner Accounts
Partner account users can switch between accessible customer organizations via the Working ORG Pop-up, and the pop-up configuration changes depending on the current Working ORG.
When Connected to a Partner ORG

Displayed Content: The Working ORG Pop-up displays the current Partner ORG and a list of accessible Customer ORGs that are connected to this Partner ORG.

Switching: Clicking a Customer ORG from the list switches the Working ORG to that Customer ORG.
When Connected to a Customer ORG (as an Installer)

Displayed Content: The Working ORG Pop-up is still displayed even when the Partner account is connected to a Customer ORG in the Installer role.

Switching: The bottom section of the Pop-up lists other accessible Customer ORGs, allowing the user to switch freely between them.

Customers Button: A Customers menu is displayed within the Pop-up. Clicking this menu redirects the user back to the Partner ORG's 'Customers' page.
