What is HealthPro Bridge?
HealthPro Bridge is an on-premises internet bridging software application that connects cameras to HealthPro, which runs in the Cloud. It is designed to facilitate health monitoring and firmware updates.
It does not carry video, and so may not be used to connect cameras to OnCloud.
It does not carry metadata, and so may not be used to connect cameras to SightMind.
What are the alternatives to HealthPro Bridge?
The only alternative connectivity option is the CloudConnector app running on compatible cameras.
Using the CloudConnector app also makes the camera compatible with OnCloud and SightMind.
Cameras using the CloudConnector app can use CloudPortal to self-update.
What are the minimum specifications?

What is the maximum number of cameras that can be connected to a single HealthPro Bridge?
We recommend managing no more than 200 devices on a single HealthPro Bridge.
How do I update my HealthPro Bridge?
HealthPro Bridge software is updated in the same manner as camera software.
Following the update, HealthPro becomes momentarily unavailable, but this will not cause attached cameras to generate offline errors in HealthPro.
What kinds of cameras can be connected to HealthPro Bridge?
The cameras must be Hanwha Vision, and be either SUNAPI 2.6.0 (recommended) or later. AXIS cameras running VAPIX 1.0+, i-PRO cameras running i-PRO CGI v1.14+, and Onvif Profile S are also supported. but it is recommended to test each model first.
How do I recover a lost password?
Uninstall and reinstall HealthPro Bridge.
The serial number for the communication with the Cloud remains unchanged.
How do I modify the admin password and create different users?
To reset the admin password, uninstall and reinstall HealthPro Bridge.
Currently, changing the admin password and creating other users is not supported.
How do I resolve a 'Server not found' error?
Verify that HealthPro Bridge is installed and ensure the corresponding services are running.
What do I do when the SAVE button for Org ID and Short name is grayed out?
Enter the Org ID and Short name in the correct format to activate the button.
It is important to store a correct Org ID and Short name because HealthPro Bridge does not show Org ID and Short name for verification information.
How do I register HealthPro Bridge to Cloud Portal?
A correct Org ID and Short name is required to be saved and the serial number provided to Cloud Portal for the registration.
How do I discover and connect cameras with HealthPro Bridge?
You can detect and connect devices via auto discovery or manually.

How do I troubleshoot when all of my cameras are disconnected in the cloud?
- Ensure HealthPro Bridge Server (DM Bridge Server) service and HealthPro CloudConnector are running as a service.
- Ensure a correct Org ID and Short name is saved.
- Confirm the serial number is not changed.
- Ensure there are no network connection issues. Port 443 is used for communication with cloud.
