Summary
This article details purchasing and activating the OnCloud licenses. To purchase a license, STEP Partners can either place an order with a Hanwha Vision Distributor or purchase online with instant delivery through SalesHub in the STEP Partner portal. Instructions for purchasing a license through SalesHub are at Licensing.
NOTE: A 30-Day free trial license is procured through SalesHub by emailing Inside Sales
(insidesales@hanwha.com). Include the SKU (VCV-EOS0000301) and license quantity in
the email.
Adding Licenses
To add a license:
- Purchase a license.
An email with the list of license keys is sent to the provided email contact.

Switch to the customer organization. <how?>

Access the Organization Dashboard by clicking the building icon in the top right navigation bar.
- Click Manage.
- Click Add Licenses.

Enter the order number from the email that you received earlier.
- Click Continue to add all the licenses within the order to the current Organization.
Choosing Continue opens a confirmation dialog. A code is sent to the email address that received the licenses to verify that the purchaser approves of adding these licenses to the current organization.
NOTE: If your order contained licenses for more than one Organization, or if you only
want to add some of the purchased licenses at this time, click Enter Licenses
Manually to select which licenses to add. -
Click Confirm to finish adding the licenses to the Organization.
Once the code is confirmed the licenses are listed in the table. -
