SalesHub: How to Register Your Distributor Order

You can now register your distributor orders in SalesHub using the Register My Order feature. This feature allows you to track orders placed through distributors via SAP directly in your SalesHub account by using information from your license key emails. This article explains how to register your distributor orders in SalesHub.

Using the Register My Order Feature

To register a distributor order:

1. Obtain the order information from your license key email sent by SalesHub for SAP orders.
   
   • (SalesHub) Order number
   • HanwhaVision Sales Order number
   • Distributor Purchase Order number
   
   
2. Select Management > Register my order.
   
   

3. Enter the order information from your license key email.
   
   
   
   

4. Click Next > OK.
   
   The order registration is now complete. 
   
   
   
   

   NOTE: Only orders with licenses issued from Aug 7th, 2025 onwards can be 
   registered through this feature.
