This article provides instructions on how to change the language setting in Cloud Portal.
The Hanwha Vision Cloud Service supports seven languages for a global user base:
- English
- French
- German
- Spanish
- Portuguese
- Korean
- Italian
Changing Language Setting
To change language setting:
- Log in to your Cloud Portal account.
- In the top-right corner, select Profile > Account Settings.

Select the appropriate language and click Apply.
NOTE: Your language preference is saved to your account, ensuring a
consistent experience upon login. The language setting configured in
Cloud Portal applies to all associated Apps.NOTE: While the portal setting applies universally, the rollout schedule
for multi-language support may vary across individual Apps. Therefore,
some Apps might offer multi-language support later than others.
